Dr. Rasool completed his dental training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While at Harvard, he also completed a Master of Medical Science Degree and a certificate in the specialty of prosthodontics.
For nine years, he was a full-time Harvard faculty member, eventually becoming Head of the Division of Prosthodontics. During his tenure, Dr. Rasool lectured extensively both nationally and internationally in addition to being one of the foremost clinicians in the Faculty Group Practice. Prioritizing family needs, he transitioned to private practice, but continues his commitment to teaching at Harvard on a part-time basis.
Dr. Rasool is a member of numerous professional organizations and is currently a consultant to the Accreditation Commission of the American Dental Association and on the editorial board of TalkSurgery.com . He is also a member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, serves on the research review committee of the American College of Prosthodontists, and is on the Board of the Harvard Odontological Society.

After studying chemistry at the University of California, Irvine, Dr. Shah-Hosseini entered the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She went on to graduate cum laude with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine degree while also garnering numerous awards and honors.
Dr. Shah-Hosseini completed a two-year general practice residency at Boston’s Brigham & Women’s Hospital where she gained expertise in the treatment of medically compromised patients, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in prosthodontics at Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine where she earned a certificate in the specialty of prosthodontics.
She is currently a faculty member of the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences at Harvard. Dr. Shah-Hosseini is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Harvard Odontological Society.

Dr. Manavi Nagai earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree summa cum laude from Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating at the top of her class. She went on to complete her specialty training in Prosthodontics and earn a Master of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
In addition to her clinical practice at Lewis Wharf Dental, Dr. Nagai serves as Clinical Faculty at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where she mentors future dentists in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented patient care.

With an additional 3-year residency program, periodontists are gum and bone experts. They specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum diseases and conditions affecting the supporting structures of the teeth, like the gums and bone. They handle issues like gingivitis, periodontitis, and gum recession, often performing procedures such as deep cleanings, gum grafts, or dental implants.

Dr. Crohin is a graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she received a Doctor of Dental Medicine and a certificate of General Practice Residency (Brigham and Women's Hospital). While there, she also earned a Master of Medical Sciences and completed her periodontal training.
She has been Board Certified in Periodontics since 2008 and recertified in 2020. She is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Harvard Odontological Society.
Dr. Crohin is an experienced surgeon providing various nonsurgical and surgical approaches to treating gum disease, as well as dental implant placement, bone, and gum grafts. She welcomes new patients for consultation or treatment.
